Why work with us

The difference is in what you don't see

Before any tear-off, you get photos of what's actually on your roof โ€” exposed nails, lifted shingles, soft decking โ€” and a written scope. No surprises later.

02
Storm response

Active leak? Tarp-and-stabilize keeps the inside of your home dry while the real repair is planned.

03
Honest recommendations

FAQ

Questions we hear the most

Do you charge for inspections?+

Standard roof inspections come with photos of what's happening on the roof and an honest recommendation โ€” repair, replace, or no action needed for now.

Do you work with insurance adjusters?+

Yes. Storm and hail damage are documented with photos and written scope of work so the homeowner and adjuster are looking at the same evidence. Claims are not filed on the homeowner's behalf โ€” that stays between the homeowner and the carrier.

Residential or commercial?+

Both. Residential is the bulk of the work, plus commercial flat and low-slope systems, including inspections, leak repair, and planning for replacement.

What roofing materials do you install?+

Architectural and three-tab shingles, standing-seam and exposed-fastener metal, and the common flat/low-slope systems for commercial work. The right material for the home and budget is discussed โ€” not the most expensive one.
